2. How We Use Your Information

Provide, operate, and maintain InkTree
Store, organize, and playback your recordings
Enable private sharing within your family Circles
Power AI features (such as transcription, summaries, and guided conversations)

We do not use your personal stories or recordings for advertising purposes.
3. AI & Voice Processing
InkTree uses AI technologies to:

Your recordings are processed securely and are not used to train public AI models.
We treat voice recordings as highly sensitive data and handle them with additional care.
4. Sharing and Privacy Controls
InkTree is designed to be private by default.
Your content is only visible to people you explicitly invite
You control who can access each Circle
You can remove members or content at any time
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or recordings with third parties for marketing.
